Bryan is a friendly AI assistant you message on WhatsApp when you have too much going on. HeyBryan is the company that builds him.
You are about to give an assistant access to your calendar, your task list and your mail. This page is here so you know who you are giving it to, and what we will never do with it.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult 8 years ago, and I’ve spent years building systems for myself that help me feel less overwhelmed and act on the million ideas I constantly have.
I wanted to build HeyBryan for people who feel the same, with too much on their mind and no idea where to start. Somewhere you can put your thoughts as they are, make sense of them and work out what to do next, without having to organise everything first. I wanted it to check in and help you follow through, rather than wait for you to remember to open another app.
What Bryan will never do
Bryan suggests. You decide.
These are limits on what Bryan is built to do, not settings you have to find and switch on.
Bryan won’t send your emails
He drafts the reply in the chat. You read it, change it, and send it yourself. Nothing goes out in your name.
Bryan won’t buy, book or pay for anything
No card details, no purchases, no bookings.
Bryan won’t change your apps without showing you
Before he adds, moves or removes anything, he shows you and waits.
Bryan won’t say something is done unless it’s done
He checks it landed before he tells you it did. If he can’t do something, he says so.
Bryan won’t call you
WhatsApp only.
Bryan won’t judge you
No streaks, no guilt, no “you missed this”.
What we do with your data
You can take it all back.
Bryan uses only the sources you connect, and only for the features you turn on. You can disconnect a source at any time.
We don’t sell your personal information
Not to anyone, for any purpose.
We don’t use your data for advertising or profiling
That includes anything Bryan reads from a connected Google account.
Voice notes aren’t kept after transcription
Bryan transcribes the audio so he can answer, then drops it, unless you turn retention on yourself.
Your conversations aren’t used for training
Not without your explicit opt-in.
You can delete all of it
One action in your Control Centre erases your data across Bryan, WhatsApp, connected services and our own records.

Where Bryan is today
Early, and open about it.
Bryan is in a private beta. We are opening to a small first group rather than to everyone at once, so that what breaks gets fixed while the numbers are still small.
That means some of what Bryan will eventually do is not built yet. The homepage only describes what he does today. If something there does not match what you get, tell us at hello@heybryan.ai.
