Using HeyBryan
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and HEYBRYAN LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They apply when you access or use HeyBryan, including its website, apps, AI-assisted companion features, connected-service workflows, and related support. By creating an account or using HeyBryan, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
What HeyBryan Does
HeyBryan helps with everyday life admin through features such as tasks, notes, calendars, reminders, voice capture, summaries, routines, and reviewable actions in services you choose to connect.
Features may change as we improve the service. We may add, update, limit, or remove a feature where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider compatibility, or product development.
Connected Services And Permissions
You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Todoist, or communication providers. You authorise HeyBryan to access and act on data from a connected service only within the permissions you grant and the actions you request or approve.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and account requirements. You can revoke a connection from HeyBryan or the provider. A provider may change or discontinue its service, which can affect a HeyBryan feature.
AI-Assisted Features
HeyBryan uses automated systems to interpret requests, organise information, prepare suggestions, and help carry out approved actions. AI output can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Review important information and proposed actions before relying on them.
HeyBryan is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Contact an appropriate professional or emergency service when you need that kind of help.
Your Content And Instructions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give HeyBryan permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and the features you choose to use.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for information you upload, record, share, or instruct HeyBryan to process. Our handling of personal information and connected-account data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Do not use HeyBryan to break the law, harm or deceive others, infringe rights, access accounts or data without permission, distribute malware or spam, interfere with the service, evade safeguards or limits, or use automated methods to overload or extract from the service.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect users or providers, maintain service security, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Plans, Trials, And Payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing period, included features, and any trial or promotional terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew as disclosed at purchase unless cancelled through the applicable billing provider.
Payments made through Apple or another third-party store are also subject to that store’s billing and refund rules. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Availability And Responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable and secure service, but HeyBryan is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every automated result will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, HeyBryan is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or losses caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending Use
You may stop using HeyBryan, disconnect providers, or request account deletion at any time through the available settings and support channels. We may end or suspend the service or your access where required by law, for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where continuing the service would create a material security or operational risk.
Terms that by their nature should continue after account closure, including provisions about rights, responsibility, and dispute-related matters, remain effective after your use ends.
Changes And Contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, security, or legal changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, email, or another appropriate channel before it takes effect.
